DIY anti-acne mask

I love DIY home remedy for skin care

because its super natural.

so in this post im gonna DIY a acne mask for all skin type

so here im gonna use the green bean/mung bean extract powder

it contain vitamin A, C, E, mineral, antioxidant, natural cleaning and moisturizing the skin

perfect for blemishes.

 let's begin..

 1. take 1 spoon of mung bean powder

 um.. this is optional but i'd like to add some water/hot water to make sure

the powder is melting as well tho

 so after mix with the water coming like this..

 add some honey.. about 1tsp

 hmm yummy ;p

 apply to cleaned face

let it sit for about 15min

rinse with warm water

do this twice a week

 you also can use mung bean powder for scrub

rinse your cleaned face with water and

gently scrub your face using the powder

massage for about 5min then rinse it clean.

DIY lip scrub

 hi girls?

here i want to share my DIY lip scrub

i hope this is helpful and do follow my site here for more updates!

lip scrub is to peel the dry and dead skin on our lip

so our lip appear soft, smooth and lighter 

so the lip moisturizer will absorb as well to the lip and against dry lip

 so let's start!

 we're gonna need:

1 teaspoon of sugar

make sure you're choosing the soft one

next was the honey

1tsp also

 and last was the extra virgin olive oil

also 1tsp

 gently mix all the ingredients

 

make sure your lip are dry and clean

then start take the scrub and gently rub it to your lip

just massage with your finger in circular motion for 3-5min

rinse with warm water

gently pad it dry with towel

and apply lip moisturizer

and the after..

do this once a week!

home remedy; apple cider vinegar

do you guys heard about this before?

well, ACV contains amino acids, vitamins, sulfur and mineral salts.

now lemme tell you what does remedy you can take from.

why 'the mother'? the mother means its organic,100% pure of ACV,formed naturally in unpasteurized vinegar by the acetobacter, the first quality of apple crush,

and its still has the enzymes.

for brightening skin; take 1 teaspoon of ACV and mix into warm water and rinse it to your face

gently pad it.do it daily in the morning or night once.

for bath, take 5 teaspoon of ACV and mix it into your bathtub.

this will brightening skin, balancing PH, remove excess oil, kills bacteria.

for spots/acne; take 1 teaspoon of ACV and mix it into half cup of water,

using cotton bud and gently apply on effected area.

this way might be harmful for sensitive skin, 

make sure you won't allergic to vinegar, to test, gently apply on back of your ears

wait for 30 min or less, if you feel itchy or redness then you should avoid this stuff right away.

 for cellulite; mix 3spoon of ACV and half glass of massage oil

gently apply and massage on effected area once a day

it will reduce appearance of cellulite.

for better and health result, you can drink ACV.

mix 1 teaspoon with 1 glass water and drink it daily once.

but the smell are really bad,for me.

i do not recommended if you hate something smells bad or taste bad but healthy and

you should drink it daily tho

so the other way is mix it with honey as well.

 what i do is using 1teaspoon of ACV and mix into my rinse water daily :)

now i should repurchase it for more.
