Don't ;
- do not using cold water to washing your face
- do not over-moisture, it will clogging your pores
- avoid gel based moisturizer
- avoid alcohol/alkaline's product contained
- avoid drinking too much alcohol
Do's ;
- drink mineral water 6-8cups/day
- apply moisturized UV protector before going out.lotion or creme based are recommended and more hydrated for dry skin.
- moistfull your dry skin with hydrated skin care product which are suitable for you.. try using natural based of skin care product.
- avoid alkaline/alcohol's product contained.
- exfoliate and hydrated mask once a week
- consume vitamin C and E's fruit; avocado, apple, orange, apricot, cucumber
- massage skin regularly with massage creme or i personally recommended using olive oil for better blood circulation.

here is the ingredients im using:
an avocado; take the flesh
a honey
an extra virgin olive oil
smashed the flesh and take a spoon into a bowl
put a half spoon of honey into the bowl
also add some virgin oil into it
mixed the ingredients as well
gently apply to your skin and let it sit and dry for 20min
then rinse with warm water.
now your skin should be feel more tight, bright and fresh!
