Yoghurt are the natural skin food.

it contain lactic acid ; natural skin smoother instead effective facial mask.

also zinc on yoghurt help to reduce acne and clear your skin.

choose natural plain yoghurt if you mean as a mask :)

you don't want any allergies when you choose the strawberry/grape/mango flavored 

that may contains any unnatural mixture.

apply yoghurt as a hair mask and give a massage gently for 20min 

then rinse it off clean.

yoghurt promotes hair growth too! make easy to comb and rid of knots

apply plain yoghurt on face as a mask to tighten your skin,

anti aging, hydrated,brighten,smooth and moisture your skin.

and because the yoghurt are best when you apply after you get on the freezer,

i feel my pores are tighten after i rinse it off and leave it about 15min.

you can mix yoghurt with the other ingredients to increase the benefit.

combine yoghurt with olive oil, vitamin E/A to nourishing, hydrated and moisture your skin.

so now you can eat the yoghurt to feed you body cause you body loves yoghurt!

it contain calcium to strong bone and bone health.

lower cholesterol and strengthen immune system.

don't apply any kind of mask after from beach, sunkissed or sunburned
it may harmful for your skin because your skin are on sensitive condition and
increase the redness on your sunburned skin.because mask are contain fragrance, alcohol and
preservative substances.
apply yoghurt on your sunburned skin are the best!
because yoghurt are so natural and won't give any harmful for sunburned skin.

precious mineral bb cream by etude house

 

so i got this bb cream as a free gift at etude house when i purchase above the amount.

i also got the few pack of the all day strong bb cream tester but i haven't try.

so i've been using this precious bb cream for about a week and i love this!

for oily skin and acne prone skin like me was an amazing product

i even found there's no oily look after i applied them on my face

so this is an adorable bb cream for me.

yet the texture are smooth and the coverage i might say its 'medium'

yeah because its smooth so it doesn't coverage so well like this bb cream

 i mean the texture are bit creamy, but palgantong give me more coverage so it doesn't creamy.

palgantong are my favourite to cover my acne and black spots.

 but u can't blame the texture are bit crusty while it try to coverage as well.
